Production times
All our pieces are made to order. Allow 4 to 6 weeks between your order and dispatch, depending on material availability and the workshop's workload.
Delivery in France
- Light pieces (objects, candles): Colissimo, 3 to 5 working days
- Furniture and lighting: specialist carrier, delivery by appointment
- Free delivery within mainland France on orders over €500
International
Delivery outside France by quotation. Please contact us before ordering: contact@bosc-design.com
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The piece must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Made-to-order pieces are excluded from the right of return (custom dimensions or finishes).
In the event of a damaged parcel: note your reservations on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours.
